Patients may request information or advice by telephoning the practice nurse.
Doctors will only accept urgent calls during consultations but will otherwise return your call when possible.
Our doctors are available for phone consultations to cover simple situations, such as repeat prescription for regular medication.
However, providing services without a consultation is not considered good medical practice. If a doctor’s services are required, we ask that an appointment be made.
The doctors at Greenacres Surgery are unable to communicate regarding patient matters via email due to Privacy Act regulations.
Doctors do use highly secure encrypted electronic communication with other medical specialists, which ensures protection and confidentiality of your information.
