Our time, as is yours, is very valuable and if you fail to show up for an appointment, a cancellation fee for the total cost of the booked appointment will apply.
You can cancel or change your appointment without incurring any fees, as long as you provide us at least two hours notice.

Missed or cancelled appointments with less than two hours notice may incur a penalty fee.
PLEASE NOTE: This fee can NOT be claimed back from Medicare. It will need to be paid at the next visit to the practice.
