Feedback

We are always striving to improve the standard of the professional service provided to our patients and welcome your suggestions for enhancing the quality of the service we provide. Please make your suggestions known to our friendly reception staff or place them in the Suggestions Box in the waiting room.

Also, please advise us if you have concerns with any aspect of the care you receive from this practice. We encourage all our patients to raise any concerns directly with the practice team who are trained to make sure that you feel confident that any feedback or complaints made at the practice will be handled appropriately.

We believe most complaints can be responded to and resolved at the time the patient or other people such as carers (relative, friend other consumer) makes them known to us.

However, if a satisfactory outcome is not achieved then you can go directly to the Health Services Commissioner for action.  You also have the right to contact the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) http://www.ahpra.gov.au/ at any time concerning a query or to report a complaint.
